Remembering the Culps

This picture was posted to Bonnie's blog around       Christmas 2008. Pictured: Bonnie, Caroline (around 22 months), and Thomas. They were expecting baby Thomas at this time...although unknown to family and friends.

*Picture taken from Bonnie's blog (October). Pictured here with baby Thomas (at a little over 2 months old) and Caroline (at around 32 months).

I just wanted to ask that you all remember the Culp family. Yesterday marked the 1 year anniversary of Thomas Culp's death. He tragically died after hitting an ice patch while on his way to work. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, and their 2 children, Caroline and baby Thomas.

Thomas, Bonnie, and I were members of the Razorbacks for Christ together while attending the U of A. Although I didn't know Thomas that well, I was fortunate to have met them both!! They are loving and faithful servants of the Lord, as well as energetic, fun-loving people! They both can light up a room and are loved by many!! Anyone who has come into contact with either one of them is truely blessed!!
My heart goes out to Boonie as she now is raising theit 2 small children without her loving husband and friend. Although she does not go along this journey alone, I know she still struggles. Please keep her and the children in your thoughts and prayers. Please pray for her continuous healing and comfort....and the strenght she needs to raise their 2 beautiful children. My heart goes out to them as well and it is my prayer that they truely come to know how wonderful their father is and was....that they grow to be just as loving and faithful as their parents.

Bonnie: We love you!! We continue to pray for you, Caroline, and Thomas!! Remember that you are not alone in this journey.....and never let go of the love you and Thomas shared!!

GOOD NEWS!!

We received the news this morning that Steven will return to work next Monday....which will be a permanent position!! Hooray!! We are thrilled with this news and wanted to share it with you all. Thank you to those of you who have supported us with your thoughts, prayers, and all the other countless ways...we couldn't have done it without you!! God has been great to us and has supported us during this period of uncertainty.....and I know he will continue to do so!!
